Chalkidiki is a popular sailing destination in Greece. The prevailing wind is from 1 to 5 Beaufort with a direction most often from North-East. It is a suitable sailing destination for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced sailors, as the sea is usually Calm to Smooth. The charter season here starts in April and lasts until October.
