Yacht was pretty new and in very good condition. It was perfect balance of price and quality. Check-in: Guy from check-in wasn't well prepared and he was acting like it was his first time on this boat. He didn't know is there a second fire extinguisher or fire blanket, or how water maker works, or is there a bucket and other staff. For black water he showed me the flushing inlet valve instead of holding tank sea outlet so I had to read the manual to find where outlets are hidden. Boat was missing basic equipment like big knife, chopping board, ashtray, water hose adapter, big lantern. After a request just half of them were provided. Helm station: Helm on Excess 11 is very low and visibility is terrible. If you don't have someone in front you're screwed up. Damages: I was very cautions and was keeping the yacht safe and without damages throughout the whole trip. Unfortunately on the last docking, just in front of everyone from charter company, a light wind pushed my bow to the other boat and I scratched my boat on the side and other's boat bow.. Scratches were really small and superficial but the charter company charged me 500 euro (no VAT included). I think overpricing does not come from the charter company but from the third party company they rented to do the check out. Other than that we had a great trip and boat didn't have any problems. Engines, generator and water maker were working very well and without issues. Communication with charter company was excellent.
